Hi, what laptop is good for budget under £100? Can be second hand.

It would have to be very 2nd hand with a budget like that. I'd suggest asking anyone you know if they have one. Ideally, you'd want to find a laptop that already has an SSD inside it or you might be able to find a beaten up laptop and buy a cheap SSD for £20 and install Windows on that.

I don't like Chromebooks but your opinion might not be the same but personally, I'd stay away unless you know what you're getting yourself into.

Ebay / Gumtree / Facebook marketplace is your friend here.

With that kind of budget I'd say look on eBay or Facebook market place for a second hand one. Or pop down to the nearest exchange shop
