Back in April this year, I asked for an 800 euros build. 21 and BadWoolf kindly guided me to a specific config. I have since then made some adjustments and was waiting for Black Friday to buy my parts.
I checked for compatibility issues on PartPicker, there were none. Since I am not very familiar with building PCs I just wanted to make sure with you if it was the case before ordering them online. My main concern is: are the GTX 1660 Super and Crucial Ballistix Sport LTs compatible with the MSI B450I? CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor Motherboard: MSI B450I GAMING PLUS AC Mini ITX AM4 RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2x8 GB DDR4-2666 Memory Storage: Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" SSD GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6GB PSU: Corsair CX450 450W Case: Cooler Master Elite 130 I appreciate the help, thank you very much. I would like to use my PC mainly for gaming and game development. I will be using the 1920x1080p Full HD 75Hz Acer KG241Q. |

PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (128.06 @ Amazon France) Motherboard: MSI B450I GAMING PLUS AC Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard (117.41 @ Amazon France) Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (69.98 @ Amazon France) Storage: Samsung 860 QVO 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive (99.90 @ Amazon France) Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB Twin Fan Video Card (249.95 @ Amazon France) Case: Fractal Design Core 500 Mini ITX Desktop Case (54.99 @ Amazon France) Power Supply: Corsair Vengeance 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (80.00 @ Amazon France) Total: 800.29 Get the Elite 130 instead of the Core 500 if you want. Definitely get that Corsair Vengeance PSU, it's incredible quality. If you think a 480GB SSD will be enough storage for you, you can save 45 euros by swapping the 860 QVO for a 480GB Crucial BX500. |
