Hi,

I'm having a little confusion with the surround sound capability of the Xbox one

i'm looking at getting the Hyper X Cloud II, the only thing is online it says that i will require the Xbox Stereo adaptor to get surround sound as the Xbox doesn't have USB, is this true or will the headset be surround sound without as i don't really want to spend the £30 on the adaptor. I've heard that Dolby surround sound is just as good?

the only thing i will say is i have the original controller that doesn't have the 3.55mm jack on it.

if this is the case could you recommend a good headset for around £80. if i have to buy a new controller or stereo adaptor i will do
