CPU - Ryzen 5 2600; £108 @ Amazon UK
Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX; £89.97 @ Amazon UK
Memory - 2x8GB Team Vulcan 3000MHz; £54.48 @ CCL
Storage - 512GB Sabrent Rocket NVMe SSD; £59.99 @ Amazon UK
GPU - Gigabyte RX 5700; £299.99 @ Amazon UK
Case - Phanteks Eclipse P400A; £68.95 @ Amazon UK
PSU - Riotoro Enigma G2 750W; £67.48 @ Amazon UK
Total - £748.86

The 'best' pre-built I can see within your budget is this;
"CyberpowerPC Wyvern Gaming PC"
but it's £90 more with a lesser CPU + GPU, a worse case, a much lower quality PSU, and more than likely a pretty low quality motherboard too. Also the SSD is half the capacity, and again probably fairly low quality.

If you're willing to spend up to £850, you could even get the parts list I recommended above, but with a better CPU and/or GPU.

Choices for a better CPU
Ryzen 5 3600 - £174.98 @ Amazon UK
Ryzen 5 3600x - £188.00 @ Amazon UK
Ryzen 7 2700 - £136 @ Amazon UK
Ryzen 7 2700x - £149.99 @ Aria PC
R7 2700(x) is 8C/16T but R5 3600(x) has better performance per core. Both really solid options, 3rd gen is probably the better option IMO, but 2nd gen is silly good value right now, under 150 quid for 16 threads is nuts. In either case, the "x" variant will come with a slightly better cooler than the non "x" variant and will be clocked slightly higher out of the box. I'd probably go with the non "x" variant though to be honest, and then just invest in a better, aftermarket CPU cooler at some point.

Some choices for a better GPU;
Palit RTX 2070 - £359.98 @ Amazon UK
Gigabyte RTX 2070 - £369.98 @ Amazon UK

Powercolor Red Dragon RX 5700 XT - £359.99 @ Amazon UK
XFX THICC III RX 5700 XT - £383.00 @ Amazon UK
Gigabyte RX 5700 XT - £375 @ CCL

What? The parts list I provided? No, it's a parts list. If you aren't willing to build the system yourself, then like I said on your other thread you can take the parts to a local PC shop and have them build it for you, for a fee.

Then yeah, that's all the components you'll need to build a PC. You could maybe add a couple of case fans, these would be decent;
Pure Wings 2
though not required. Other than that, you'll just have to install Windows

If you want, you could spend an extra 20 quid for the same case but with 3 RGB fans instead;
Phanteks P400A Digital RGB
instead of buying 2 or 3 of the Pure Wings 2's above.

As for USB, the case has 2 front panel USB Type A ports and the motherboard has 5 USB Type A ports, so 7 total. The Motherboard also has a USB-C port.

LeedsChris wrote How much is windows to install ?

You can use Windows 10 for free. Download the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's website and you'll be able to make a bootable USB, then use that USB to install Win10 on your built system.
microsoft.com/en-gb/software-down.../windows10
If you want to activate your copy of Windows at any time, you can buy a key for <£20-25 easily.

LeedsChris wrote Also would you have a better CPU or GPU ?

Depends entirely what the system is being used for exactly. If it's not being used for anything other than games really, I'd probably get a better GPU before CPU and stick with an R5 2600 or 3600 for the CPU.
That said, an R5 2600 and RX 5700 is more than capable for 1080p75Hz.
