Not particularly deals, but the "Honey" Chrome extension has saved me a lot this year in deals/coupons. Automates it all.

You shouldn't have ANY issues with eBay. Im a seller on there and all sellers/ buyers are protected by eBay. Even if they do not accept returns, you can still return the item if it is not what you ordered. I buy a ton of stuff on there now and its my first place to look for anything I buy online!
