How much of the revenue is yours as the operator? A salary or a %?
How many staff?
What kind of content do you make?
Is it a laid back job or would you say its stressful?
If you could do anything else, other than YouTube, what would you do?

1) 100%
2) About 8
3) A mixture of gaming, comedy, music, and challenges
4) Some days are stressful, but 90% of the job is very laid back
5) Join the U.S. Military

Thanks for your Q's

BenWrightXBL wrote My question is why would you join the U.S. Military? The only reason I ask is I've been in for 4-years active duty and know plenty of Soldiers who would love to be making $500,000 a month let alone $100,000 a year. We hardly make over $40,000 if you are married with all of ours benefits included. Nothing against yourself and what you wish to do. I am just honestly curious why you would leave such a good job.

First off, thanks for your service!

I would join the U.S. Military for a sense of purpose if the YT business was no longer an option. Thankfully, it has been for over 10-years and probably will be for the next 10.

However, I grew up in the UK and have always wanted to serve. But now I live in the U.S., so that is why I specifically said the U.S. Military. For me, it wouldn't be about the money or pride aspect. I just feel that, as a capable and healthy male, I should serve to some degree in any way I can to enjoy this amazing country. I guess I may have just grown up with a different set of beliefs.

Jake_J wrote Hi Community,

I operate a $500K /mo YouTube business and want to share my expertise with the community. For rules/compliance sake, I will not share any external links or my company's name.

Feel free to ask me anything about YouTube growth, community-building, or whatever else that may come to mind. I am no "online guru", I keep myself to myself, but I work hard and know a thing or two about building lasting channels, brands, and businesses on the YouTube platform. My team and I manage over 85-channels.

I am passionate about YouTube, love the website, and am eager to help the next generation of content creators grow.

Ask away!

Hey, thanks for taking the time to talk about your success!

My question: how long did it take you to build your "empire" you currently operate?
