Looking into doing part time studying whilst working as I never went to university etc. Going to be starting from scratch right at the bottom and I'm looking at like 6 years worth of part time studying which I'm fine with but I want to know I'm going to enjoy what I'm doing

I'm looking into two courses
Data Analysis
Business and management, into business (accounting) and looking into investment banking sector.

I like the look of both but finding it hard on which one to choose, has anyone done this, know of people who have or have researched into them themselves? From pay structures, promotion rate, job availability and demand?

Any response is appreciated!

I am currently at school studying finance and I am hoping to be working in investment banking after I graduate. I love what I am learning and I don't see myself studying anything else. Expect to do lots of math (you are going to need to take at least calculus). I would say accounting is great to study no matter what business major you are, as accounting plays a role in every single field, and it is always great to understand how and why things are done the way they are. Any other questions hit me up man! I would be glad to talk to you about this stuff!

I appreciate the reply my man!

I currently work in banking in a fraud dept. I think I'd also enjoy this but I know a lot of people that do business degrees and end up managing a store or doing a sub par job and that's what worries me! Investment banking is something my uncle does and it peaks my interest and I think it would be very enjoyable, but I also love the idea of data analysis and the careers that allows but don't know if I'd have the patience for all of the coding and the length of time it takes to become somewhat recognised in that field of work if that makes sense!
