Mobo : b450m
Cpu: R5 2600x
Some 3000mghz ram
A 500gb ssd or 1tb I think is mostly a better deal.
gpu go like GTX 1660
Cheap mid tower case on amazon.
550 power supply
Can get cheap mouse and keyboard on amazon as well!

1080p 120-144hz will run lower settings at full 144 fps on cod

I'd suggest getting a better cpu like the 3600x if you can afford it bc that will be the limiting factor the 1660 should do alright on low settings
Hope this helps!

Streaming may be a little out of the price range but this set up may be able to pull off a stream just may suffer in video resolution or FPS

How good is your upload speed? My streams usually suffer because I have like a 2mbps upload speed but my download is almost 300mbps.

Storage: Crucial BX500 960 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($94.99 @ Amazon)

Total: $1195.27

$1200 is plenty to game and stream. R5 3600 + RX 5700 is easy to get in that budget, with a nice 1440p monitor.
You might want to look at an NVidia RTX GPU for streaming tbh because the Turing encoder is really solid for streaming- though, that said, with an R5 3600 you should be fine for streaming from the CPU instead of GPU anyway, hence why I'd probably get the RX 5700.

If you do want to look at NVidia, the RTX 2060 Super(8GB) is your alternative to the RX 5700 but costs an extra $60-70 at least. You could also look at a 6GB RTX 2060 which will be a little cheaper than an RX 5700, however the 5700 is a far better option IMO, especially since it's slightly faster than an 8GB 2060 Super on average, never mind a 6GB 2060. The 6GB 2060 just isn't going to quite cut it for 1440p144Hz IMO- at least I wouldn't be comfortable with that pairing.
