Id say ankle breaker could be higher depending on if you're elite or not. They buffed the likelihood to fall after a snatch back in the last patch. As a playmaker, once i get it on the 2's court they pretty much just fall over with little to no effort. Hands up this year isn't as crazy as last year. You can make people fall who sag off which is pretty good. a B badge for sure (IF you have takeover booster)


As for floor general. I'm not sure if it buffs your own stats, i think it only buffs your teammates stats. Still a good badge to see if your big is a shooter or not if you're playing with randoms.

Tight handles is still a B-A type badge if you base your game around it. The BTB isn't the only move it activates on, it also activates on stepback hezi shots which at HoF i get them to stumble almost every play if i really go for it. Only downside is if someone presses you and they step behind you because of clamps you fumble the ball. This move at 10 seconds
