I go to the gym 5 days a week, cardio only, 40 minutes each day on the cross trainer.

i wish i worked out at least a couple times a week, but the only form of exercise that i actually like is playing basketball and running, lifting weights doesn't interest me that much, but since the weather is starting to get a lot better, the grind will truly begin.

I used to workout 4-5 times a week and then went onto working 12hours 5days a week and I just couldn't do it. I still work out but only 2days a week.

i enjoy lifting weights, been my go-to stress and anger relief since I was 16. Have had some rough patches in life but never lost the relief of lifting. I look forward to it and genuinely enjoy doing it.

I honestly don't know what I would do without it at this point in my life.
