So last night i was playing and everything was fine, but then out of nowhere my MW crashed.
So i quit the game and try to load it back up but ever since then, every game has "Taken too long to start"
So i did the "clear your cache" a few times and i uninstalled MW as well as my main Xbox Account.
Now i can load up games, I clicked on NBA 2k20 and it loaded just fine, but now my issue is that I cant reinstall MW
I try to install if but every time i do, it gets the download ready, and all that and when it gets to the actual downloading part
It just stops and says, "Installation Stopped"

Any suggestions?

I keep getting disconnected around 1pm every 20 minutes for 3 hours or more.

I'd recommend calling your isp. The line might take some time though.
