i want to wire up a pa that plays my music out side my truck but I haven't really found a video explaining how to do that

That would go fairly in depth and you won't get a clear cut answer from here. Long story short, you would have a speaker that would have a power and a ground. Then you would have an open circuit in that said speaker for the input. You would have to tap into a wire that goes to the audio of your car. That's the basics of it, but again I can't tell you it's the orange and green wire for example because all cars are different, and so are PA systems.
