What is your budget and currency? GBP 600 or less
What will you use the PC for? Gaming/editing/streaming
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? not needed
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? not needed
Do you need an operating system? yes windows if possible
Will you overclock? no
Anything else we should know? Ideally want a budget build but want to make sure most games can run on mid settings smoothly over 60fps and be able to record at 60fps

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

So what monitor are you using then?
Are you looking to purchase this system within the next week or 2?

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£112.31 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard (£80.47 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (£70.43 @ CCL Computers)
Storage: Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£56.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card (£171.72 @ Technextday)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh ATX Mid Tower Case (£57.95 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£50.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £600.34

You could grab an 8GB RX 580 and save about 20 quid over the GTX 1650 Super, but if you're buying new, I'd just get the 1650S. That said, you'll find RX 480/580's <£100 all day long, and since they match the GTX 1650 Super, that is your best IMO, if you don't mind buying used.

Not necessarily. Depends entirely on the case.

It might. Is it DDR3 or DDR4? What speed is it?

Yeah that RAM will do perfectly.

If that gives you an extra 70 quid for the budget, I'd do this;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£112.00 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (£104.97 @ Box Limited)
Storage: Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£56.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Palit GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB GamingPro OC Video Card (£220.38 @ Aria PC)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh ATX Mid Tower Case (£57.95 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£50.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £602.76
better GPU and motherboard.
