I mean there is a way around shadow bans or at least something that you can try. It involves deleting some tracing files for the game. Can't guarantee a fix though

Thanks for the suggestion, but still no.
i deleted them, loaded the game it took a moment and told me update requires restart. load game again and the same issue arose
