My cpu is at 208 F rn and i changed the fan speeds on dragon center and nothing helped |

When talking computers usually list the temperature as Celsius. You're currently sitting around 97C which is pretty hot. It sounds like your CPU cooler isn't screwed in enough or there is a layer of plastic between the CPU and the cooler or you didn't put any thermal paste on.
Edit: If you could also provide a list of your PC parts it would be greatly appreciated. |

More information than this would be helpful, also I would change your temp setting back to C* as that is far more common for PC's... |
