If he doesn't have the password to it he cant connect to xbox live to see this stuff. And it wont show unless connected to xbox live

It just boggles me how xbox has such a shit customer support, outsourcing it out of the country just made it worse since the support rly doesnt care and theres 0 discretion for them

Took them a bit but got them to open up and investigation instead of going through the default way which requires knowledge of the email.
