Bro. I'm not looking for reason to not move there. I AM moving there. I live in Indianapolis currently. From my position you can surely understand, that here there is not much to offer, if anything. Lol

dude is right if you're from indianapolis it's easier to live moving to cali is for the rich and the poor not in between highly recommend not to

I haven't heard of the City but that is a national park( a super nice one) , if you'd like to shoot me a PM of more details, maybe where you'll be working/an area code you'll be living in.

Miss wrote What is there not to do here in the greatest State in the Union? We have literally everything you could possibly want to do. Want to hit the beach? We got em. Wanna go camping? We got places. Fishing? Hiking? Driving? Partying? All of it could be done here. And all of it can be done within the same day. Everywhere wishes they could be like us.

Anyone who hates on California has either never been here, or is not from here.

If you need any info, shoot me a PM. Born and raised here in So Cal.

Don't forget everyone being a self centered asshole, the worst drivers in the world, probably the dirtiest state out of the 50, and rent/pricing that is out of control.
Everything Miss said is right, but WOW did (s)he miss out on all the negatives.

If you could tell us what area you're moving to, that might help. California is massive and the things people recommend in So Cal might not help you much in the Bay Area.

If you have any questions about up north, the Bay Area, or just life in general... hit me up! Been here all my life(oh and I hate a lot of it, it just has a ton of great parts as well)

Every country/State has people like that in it. It is not unique to California. If anything, people aren't like that considering its very liberal here. Worst drivers in the world? lol, not even in the country, that award goes to Texas. Iran takes the world's spot. Dirtiest? Maybe up in Nor Cal, down here in OC, its very clean and nice. Out of control? Not really, you get what you pay for here. Don't work at a fast food place full time and it won't be that expensive here.

And why would I mention anything negative? He asked for things to do once he moves here. Of course I'm going to tell him positive things. Everywhere has negatives about it, but California has by far the least amount of negative things.

Always heard its a good place to visit for the most part, not so much live.
I've never traveled there but I'd assume its because of the traffic? lol
