A new Pokmon Snap game, called New Pokmon Snap, is coming to the Nintendo Switch, The Pokmon Company announced Wednesday. Finally! The Pokmon Company announced New Pokmon Snap during its Pokmon Presents broadcast on Tuesday morning. According to the company, New Pokmon Snap will be based on Pokmon Snap, originally released on Nintendo 64 in 1999. For those unfamiliar, the general idea is this: Instead of catching Pokmon, you take pictures of them. It's a really unique game for The Pokmon Company, radically changing what players thought of as a "Pokmon game." |

| Love to see this, the spin off pokemon games have always been some of my favorites. Hoping to see something about a new Mystery Dungeon for switch too but can't get too greedy. |
