only way to get cash on xbox one, is to doit on xbox 360 and transfer it to the xbox one but it has to never been on an xbox one before

Rockstar disabled transfers to next gen back in March of 2017. It's not possible anymore.

That's right. A lot of people made a bunch before hand to sell afterwards, then a lot of the accounts being sold are just boosted using money and rp glitches.
