I'd have to say either Science, specifically Chemistry because our teacher would constantly just set shit on fire, kinda cool.

Or Geography because it was one of the few subjects I really excelled in.

I really sports physcology... very interesting course that was about the way athletes believe and think about their abilities other than just performing! It would take them to another level and let them out perform their own abilities.
