The service that you paid for was "Unlimited Bot Lobbies" not "Unlimited Warzone Wins". That doesn't just transfer over! If bot lobbies made a return, then you'd get a bot lobby! So understand that you did not pay for warzone wins. Thanks

A simple reply could've helped, sent you a few messages in the past 2 weeks. Could've told me then that I was SOL on my money... Like I said not dependable.
