Got the new Computer up and running last night. Happy to say it went to POST
on the first shot.... always a nice surprise. So I stayed up a little late, and got
Windows 10 Pro and updated drivers installed.

Today I spent a good part of the morning doing cable management, and I now
have a nice clean install. This afternoon was spent loading up software, and
cleaning up after the tornado that throws empty boxes, and zip tie clippings all
over the place.

Iffin' the FS2020 finishes installing, I may be flying tomorrow!

i still have (2) HDDs left to install, but I'll be doing that during the week sometime.

The system is amazingly fast compared to the old box... Got to tweak it a bit,
I think the memory is still running at default, so I have bump that up to 3200.
I'm sure there's things I overlooked, so I'll give it the once over tomorrow.

Thanks.

The build came in just under $1850. $2400 with the desk, monitor keyboard and mouse.

HDDs, Windows 10 Pro and SSD were swapped from my last rig.

Microsoft Flight Simulator FINALLY finished downloading and installing
last night. I was very curious to see how the new set up would perform,
and with the latest patch installed I ran 35-50 FPS with no overclocking.
CPU temps were around 55 to 65*C and GPU at about 60*C.

I'm very happy with the performance. The be quiet! case certainly lives
up to its name. Even while running FS2020 the noise never goes above
faint fan noise. Soooo quiet....

Thanks. I tried NOT to 'over bling' it with RGBs. Subtle works well.
The be quiet! 801 case is huge, but it offers lots of room for wire
management. I'm pondering custom cables for the GPU and 24 pin.

RGB fans would have increased FPS by about 10%...

The more you know...
