No but a close relative of mine is a medium and she had knowledge of my mum's grandad's passing and what he went through even though she didn't know who he was. I feel like spirits exist but not as ghosts (if that makes sense).

What do you mean by ghosts? I believe in life after death yes, but the idea that these spirits are purposely haunting a person seems kind of far fetched.

I do. I have seen my fair share of horror/paranormal activity movies alone with a lot of that stuff on YouTube most are obviously faked in some way but there are some legit ones out their even movies based off true stories. I might have even experienced something paranormal in my life once too.
