Off course thats the best part. I love the ends of the bread also we refer to it as the "Heel" or "End of the Loaf". Some countries have different choice of words for it lol

I didn't like crust when I was a kid. I usually would ask my mom to cut the crust off because I found the crust made me not finish my sandwich.
