That's what I'm trying to figure out! A tool like this online will surely be a instant shadow ban Haha but the thing is how would people know who's put the game on Insane speed?

I don't think. I believe the player still needs to be host in order to use these, and as far as i know all public match games use dedicated servers so it wouldn't work.
