| 10/10 Dislocated shoulder was out of place for over 3 hours. Got the MRI and found out rotator cuff was torn all the way and had to have surgery. |

| 10/10 I had surgery on my knees and was using crutches. When I was trying to use the bathroom I slipped on some water on the floor and fell down and hurt my knees even worse also a lot of blood was coming out of my stitches. My knees have never been the same since then! |

Broke my arm doing the hurdles - the whole bone stuck out with blood and everything. I think I was mainly just mentally shook, so like a 6/10 physically. I remember just staring at my arm in disbelief
Had to get a plate and rods put into my arm. So the rods were only temporary, which was for the healing process to get the broken bone to "set right." Eventually, they pulled the rods out while I was conscious, which was like a 7/10. Weirdly painful for me |

| When I was playing football I had hamstring problems and my club sent me to physio weekly to check on it and they started doing acupuncture on it which is basically when they stick a needle right into where your muscle is tight and it was 10/10 in pain for about a second lol I screamed. |
