Hi,

I'm curious as to how good my PC is.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
CAS: Onyxia II High Airflow Mid-Tower Black Gaming Case
FAN: AMD Ryzen Wraith CPU Cooler
HDD: 2TB Seagate BarraCuda SATA-III
MOTHERBOARD: MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX
MEMORY: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4/3000mhz Dual Channel Memory
M2SSD: 512GB (1x512GB) Intel 660p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD
POWERSUPPLY: Corsair Vengeance Series 650M 650W 80+ Silver Gaming Power Supply
VIDEO: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 6GB - DX12,

You have the PC right? You should know how it performs. If not, get a FPS viewer either in game or use Nvidia Geforce experience and overlay your FPS. Then you can judge how good your PC is.

How could I upgrade?

From what I've heard, AMD CPU's tend to do better off faster RAM.

I play Cold War on med-high settings and get a solid 130-144 FPS so I am happy with it, just wouldn't mind upping everything to high.

I see you mentioned Cold War but let me start with saying how horribly optimized this game is. I get 220-250 fps on an i9 10900k with a 1080ti. You could get a Ryzen 5600x and 4000mhz ram if you really wanted to upgrade something but your setup seems fine. If you wanted a new gpu you should wait until the 3060ti gets released.
