It will only be me and you in the lobby so you will get more XP and more kills. A public lobby will have other people who are paying for a lobby.

Been in many lobbies, Zerrvo is by far the best host! Zerrvo hosted two of my buddies to get dark aether camo and the entire time He remained attentive, communicated with them, and ensured that they had the lobby set up the way you wanted.
