Use DDU to completely remove drivers, and manually reinstall them. You mentioned a 3090 - are you using the CORRECT power cables? Is your PSU sufficient? Also, make sure your motherboard is using the correct version of PCI-E. You can do this in your bios. If you're using the wrong version, it can dramatically slow any PCI-E devices. |
