I would buy a decent house in the area I currently live in and bank the rest, see what family debts exist and get rid of those as well.

Pay off any loans that I / family would have, move out of Wisconsin and invest with the goal to retire early

I would 100% help get my mom and brother with paying off any of their debt, get them a nice house, and help them however they would want. I would then pay off my debt and then use that money to travel the world. I would also invest into helping our environment in any way I can.

I would probably buy alpha boost in rocket league too.
