Tele wrote I normally stick with SteelSeries, I had the Arctis 9X for Xbox and the Arctis Pro Wireless for PC. Awesome headset and highly customisable with SteelSeries engine software, along with 2 batteries included so you can just swap between them instead of charging the headset. Amazing quality sound and clear microphone.

ID rather have wired or rechargeable. I dont want to deal with swapping batteries.
Ive looked at steelseries but saw mixed reviews and they also have very bad customer service. Lots of people saying they wouldnt let them return it.
This is just one review.

1.0 out of 5 stars product broken and Steelseries has refused to replace

The headphones and gamedac broke after less than a year and Steelseries has not honored the warranty. Steelseries told me to destroy the product and prove that I destroyed it in order to have my warranty claim approved. Then, after I did so, I was given a code to use on the Steelseries web store, but the code only provided sufficient funds to replace the gamedac -- not the headphones. I have received no response from Steelseries after following up multiple times regarding the claim.

Personally I prefer having 2 batteries, one is always charged and if the current battery dies then the battery can be swapped in 3 seconds rather than have a cable dangling from the headset.

Also, there are bad reviews for all companies, most people generally only report bad experiences rather than good ones, and I've never had an issue with SteelSeries personally. I had some issues with Turtle Beach previously but SteelSeries has been a perfect piece of kit for me.
