What is your budget and currency? 500-600 GBP
What will you use the PC for? Gaming & Maybe Streaming,
Game list as for now;
MINECRAFT :queen:
Warzone,
Cold War,
GTA,
Escape From Tarkov,
Rocket League

Stuff like that, im sure the list will just get bigger overtime

Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?
Monitor I will be using; HP V24i 24-inch

Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals?
no

Do you need an operating system?
no

Will you overclock?
no

Anything else we should know?
could you include what things you would recommend putting in even if it is a little more dont mind spending a little over the budget

600GBP converted to $800usd~

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB GAMING X Video Card
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory

Storage 1: Kingston A400 240 GB SSD
Storage 2: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB HDD

Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case
MBD: Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
PSU: EVGA BQ 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

This is what i came up with. Its a bit above your price range but GPUs are in high demand right now. I'd have a hard time recommending anything less than a GTX 1070

Also with the mentioned monitor , you really dont need to worry about the higher end GPUS because you're not gonna see anything above 60-75fps and your max display resolution will be 1920x1080p

PARTS LIST
*don't worry about the compatibility issue

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F 2.9 GHz 6-Core Processor (£131.75 @ CCL Computers)
Motherboard: MSI MAG B460M MORTAR Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard (£94.95 @ CCL Computers)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (£72.50 @ Currys PC World Business)
Storage: Western Digital Blue SN550 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£54.99 @ Box Limited)
Case: Deepcool MATREXX 30 MicroATX Mini Tower Case (£35.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£56.99 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £446.65

You'll still need a GPU, but you won't be buying one new unfortunately. No stock of anything, especially nothing below 150 quid.
So, your best bet is to look at the used market. You should be able to get the system above for £500-600 with a used RX 480/580 or 6GB GTX 1060 in there.
480/580 and 6GB 1060 will perform about on par with a 1650 Super, so you'll have an alright little 1080p system.

I would typically recommend Ryzen over Intel, but unfortunately there also seems to be no stock of any good, lower end Ryzen CPU's, so an i5-10400F will have to do. The i5 will perform about on par with an R5 3600 but i5 is now a good bit cheaper, you just somewhat limit your upgradability with Intel vs Ryzen.
