So for the past few months I've been drinking one red bull a day to game, I'm scared the effects this will have on my teeth as my front teeth seem to be sensitive but don't show anything bad to them, is this bad do I need to stop. I'm scared I'm going to ruin them from this habit/addiction. So please vote am I going to ruin my teeth. I'll bin the 6 boxes I have in the Fridge depending on the out come

Yes redbull and other energy drinks can cause damage to your teeth, but not just your teeth but your internal organs. You can have a energy drink once in a while i do that on the weekend, but coffee also stains your teeth. Honestly just better to cut back and not do it everyday.

Redbull is an anergy drink, drinking it to sit down is counter intuitive and extremely unhealthy. I'm not having a dig I do the same thing, it's extremely bad for your body and teeth.

I'd assume anything like that is overall bad for your health and teeth lol

I drank way to many and spent a lot of time in the doctors and the hospital due to chest compressions and heart issues. Id suggest trying to cut them out.

Horrible for your teeth. I used to drink monster until I started having issues with my teeth, I broke one towards the back of my mouth grinding in my sleep and the dentist said he could tell I was drinking energy drinks. Anything acidic is bad for your teeth and you should not sip stuff like that, drink it and be done with it then brush your teeth. Always brush, chew gum, or at least rinse after drinking stuff like that because the acids just eat the enamel off your teeth when you don't.
