Hate to say it but I honestly had a terrible service.

I'm usually a easily pleased customer but this service was like going to backed up fast food restaurant for a good burger that you know is gonna hit but if they make your order wrong you might as well ride out what you get and head home.

I purchased 5 lobbies, in which case I was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait. This turned out to be 3 1/2 hours later and finally told orca I'd just reschedule for the next day at 7pm. He agreed and apologized.

Next day: I message him 9 hours before at 11am and say "we still good for 7pm?" , Orca states "no problem!". I message him at 6pm and say "we good for 7?" He proceeds to say in 45 minutes yes. Fast forward to 8:17pm I finally get pinged to get in!! However I'm in a game and didn't respond until 8:24pm and my spot was filled. (I'll take responsibility for that I should be more a lot, but given this is another hour late on orcas part.)

Finally I get in at 10:10pm, 3 hours late! (Again). I messed up my first in the first 50 seconds by not capping a flag and lost match 1/5 and only got to play 4/5 true matches. Orca blames the inconvenience on them being slammed and having to move orders to the next customer but in my honest opinion who runs a construction business irl, I go by the motto "take what you can handle, to give excellent service" I think this business could use that.
