So I recently built a PC and when playing games such as warzone, fivem, gta v, Arma 3, I'm getting really bad frame rates but I'm playing with friends who have way crappier builds than me and getting double my FPS.
Can anyone give me any incite into this, This is my first pc so I don't really know much about it. My Spec list: RTX 2060 AMD Ryzen 7 2700 8-core 32 GB Ram 1TB SSD 2TB HDD All my drivers are updated for my CPU and GPU. Will plus rep for anyone that helps me Thanks -Meek |

your ram will probably be clocked at 1200 mhz, go into your task manager and go to memory usage and see what clock speed it stats at the bottom. Your GPU and CPU are good so I cant imagine its them your ram might be holding you back.
You can go to bios and clock it to 3200 Mhz or whatever you can clock it to. That could be a really simple fix and it might just be that bottlenecking. Message me if you have no luck with that, and we could run through a few diagnostic checks. hope this might help |

Just checking the basics here, you are plugged into your GPU and not your onboard GPU right?
As in the display cable coming from your monitor is plugged directly into your RTX 2060 and not plugged into your motherboard? |

The display cable will be plugged in to his GPU. He wouldn't be getting any image on his monitor if he was plugged in to the motherboard.
OP - What are your CPU+GPU temperatures while under load? If temps and everything are normal, I'd maybe just start with a fresh install of your OS since it's a new system anyway. |
