Can you host them on MW or is it only CW?

I have both but I only have MW installed, so would I have to install CW?

What type of lobbies, description is key to answers .

Dm ultra you won't unlock operators without Cold War. You can max almost anything. everything on MW but it's more expensive is all ( just tested my theories on what doesn't work what does. Last night on a console !
