I doubt you are going to find mods for Fortnite on console. The closest you will get is playing with a modder who is on PC although I am not even sure there are mods for PC Fortnite currently. V-bucks is another thing that will be more or less impossible to obtain without buying it since Epic Games are extremely on top of their anti-cheat.

Its probably not what you want to hear but I am just being realistic. The closest I have seen to discounted v-bucks is when there used to be a method where you change locations using a VPN although that has since been patched.
