I have got 2 monitors, I use one for my PS4 and one for PC but i want to be able to use both for my PC, I Got a new HDMI for the monitor but when i plug both in, The screen flickers. This only happens when i use both HDMIs at once and im unsure how to fix.

Does your GPU support dual monitors?

Its an RX 580 and has 2 HDMI slots, When i first used them it was fine but after 2/3 days it went flickered.

check the driver settings if you haven't already. If you're switching inputs it also cuts signal to that port. If it is not software or driver related order a DP-HDMI adapter.
