I am gaming on an Xbox Series X, which can run at 120Hz now.
I am going to get a monitor to run that but I can decide. Is it better to get: 2560x1440p 144Hz monitor with 1ms response time £289 Or 1920x1080p 240Hz refresh rate with 1ms response time £299 The Xbox can't utilise the 240Hz so not worth it but it future proofs me for getting a PC? Leaning towards 144Hz monitor though with the Quad HD display. |

| 240hz is pointless even for the extra 10 because xbox series s supports 120hz so your only get 120, so 240 in my opinions is over kill and pointless. Unless your thinking about moving to PC at some stage. |
