I can pay too just someone help
I'm trying to edit magic, enemy, character and other relate data from FF4 PSP. From what I see, item.dat, magic.dat and monster.dat, chrlist.dat, start.dat, is in the eboot.bin file ( [Minimum post requirement for links] ), which doesn't appear to be in the pac.bin files separately.

If you are using an emulator, would it not be easier to use something like cheat engine instead?

No, edits have to be permanently applied to the eboot.bin, just like the tile edits.
