Really depends on what you want and if you want to play "legit" or not. Main thing would just be medkits if you want to play legitimate, with some potions or what not. Maybe a couple weapons? It just depends on you as a player but I'd be happy to help.

If you want to play legit my main suggestion would be 1000 military medkits and 1000 immunity boosters 80%, possibly the craft items if you don't want to search for supplies.
