Testing my personal records squats bench deadlifts. Thought id test my personal records today doing my one rep maxes for the squat, bench, and deadlift. I will be testing my personal records every 3 months so we can see how much my form and numbers progress. I do realise my form is not 100% but this is my first time maxing out. I was most happy with my 1 rep for 110kg on the bench press and I've only ever done 102.5kg before. So yeah, it's a big jump straight to 110kg. Keep in mind I've only been working out consistently for 2 months, same goes for my diet. So I think these numbers are pretty decent, what do you think? I'm going to be making one of these videos every 3 months so we can keep track of my form and overall progress. ---------------------------------------------- My one rep maxes... 130kg squat 110kg bench 170kg deadlift ---------------------------------------------- Check out my playlists...
