I'm ready for a new pair of shoes. I do the odd bit of treadmill work but primarily focus on weights.

Any comfortable shoes anyone can recommend? Looking for some something with a bit of bounce in the heel, not something uncomfortable to run in for example.

Thanks

Brooks are really comfortable.

I know people like NB and ultra boost also.

If you want something more weightlifting orientated with a nice flat stable sole but also flexible enough to run in, look into Nike Metcons, Reebok Nanos or nobull's. All used by professional crossfitters so proven to be multifunctional
