https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GDd6rD probably needs some adjustments like i heard the ram i could probably get a better deal but i have no idea what to switch it to or what else needs changed. Also need some recommendations on cases that can fit the 3090ti

Honestly the RAM kit isn't bad. CL16 3600 mhz for that price isn't shabby, and I'd stick with it unless you need higher capacity sticks.
Cases are pretty subjective. Fitting a 3090 Ti isn't the hardest thing as long as the case isn't trying to be compact. I'm not great at making subjective choices for others, but here are some options that will fit both your AIO cooler and RTX 3090 Ti.

Corsair 5000D
Corsair Obsidian 500D
Phanteks Eclipse P400A
NZXT H710
CoolerMaster MasterBox MB511

unless you just have money to blow I would not buy the 3090 as its not much better than a 3080 ti for the price difference (although it is your build) and if you are going to get a 3090ti, a $2k card please don't pair it with the same speed ram I see people with low budget builds using lol. get faster ram if you're going to get a 3090ti lol

Monitors are pretty subjective too. What resolution do you want to play at? 1440p at 120hz is a pretty good spot to be. Personally I see no advantage stepping up to 4k even with a 3090 Ti. 4k gaming is still nonsense IMO. I use my 3090 at 1080p 165hz and most games won't run more than 120 fps.
What size monitor will fit at your desk? Are you mounting it on an arm, or will it use a standard monitor stand?

Id like 4k probably oled or whatever the best thing is nowadays because even if 4k gaming isnt the best right now i wanna be prepared for when it gets better and have a pretty big desk so can use as big as need be but id say no smaller than 32 and as far as mounts i havent really decided yet so can use whatever

No need to criticize OP's choice while not offering anything useful.

If you'd like some higher clocked ram, you might find modest performance gains. It's not going to come close to making or breaking your system though. Timings are more important, but don't sweat it. Just enable XMP when you install them.
GSkill DDR4 4000 M/T

For a monitor, just get any of these. I punched out a search query for you on Amazon HERE that follows this critera: 4K UHD, 120/144hz, 30-39.9 inches. Surprise surprise, they're expensive, but they're all great. Personally I'd go with a BenQ or Asus monitor.
