Good old home workout legs and abs today.

I keep it simple, make sure I do my 12 reps for 5 sets, slowing increasing the weight. I make it the point to find a weight where I struggle to get the last couple of reps in. But make sure I get my 8-12 reps. I focus more on keeping the tension on the muscles rather on how much weight I can lift. I'm bodybuilding not powerlifting so the amount of weight does not matter. I will be doing a more in depth video on my leg routine showing every single rep and set I do.

Your not hitting them hard enough, with legs you have to hit twice as hard as all other muscles cuz legs are the biggest.
