Scratched wrote Lot of problems frankly.. I'd say it's god awful right now and not likely to change any time soon.

1. Microtransactions - The endless stream of sh** that comes from publishers is ridiculous, microtransactions, DLC that used to be part of the game, game modes, FUNCTIONS of the game like multiplayer, loot boxes, and so much more.. The battlepasses, the skip this content for x amount of money, I hate that so much.. I used to LOVE World of Warcraft so much.. until they introduced character boosts. The game was about learning the world, and your role and how to play your class, and they destroyed that fundamental thing.

2. Copy/Paste - I violently hate battle royales, for one single purpose and it might be a shock to a lot of people. But I loved Fortnite. Save the World Fortnite specifically. I got the game super early on, and absolutely loved it. I mean it was this really colorful and frankly decently polished game. It was a mixture of Left for Dead and Nazi Zombies that I just couldn't get enough of. I got the highest founder pack and then the "secret one" that cost a total of like 250.00 USD. Some time goes by.. BR Fortnite comes out, I give it a try, it's definitely interesting. Cool even, but the PvE game I paid for is literally showing zero signs of any improvements to be made. Next thing I know Fortnite BR blows up and my game is DEAD and turned into a microtransaction grind hell worse than Black Desert Online. Now every game has this stupid mode that I just cannot stand because it killed the game I loved and then literally any company that put out a BR killed one or more things to their games mostly those co-op and single player stories or modes. F***'m all for it. F***'m in the a**....

3. VR Game Lacking - I love VR with every fiber of my being, literally made a 10,000 PC, Full Body Tracking setup that's wireless. Like I'm in this deep. Deeper than tentacle monster in a hentai deep. Dude I want my Rainbow Six Siege already, I want my Squad, I want ARMA, Zero Hour, Ready or Not, Tarkov, DayZ, like why do these not exist yet? I know I'm not alone here, we want these games and there's no one even attempting it. It's so depressing it's actually making me really consider selling my kit...

4. The missing community - Even if you were toxic, or are.. Like I miss those days of being in MW1, W@W and MW2 lobbies... PEOPLE SPOKE. Maybe it's just me but there's this god awful silence of the lambs in nearly every game I play these days.. Yeah I get it, Discord exists. So did Ventrilio, Teamspeak, and a handful of others. Where did the comms go? I want to cuss someone out or get cussed out for the stupidest things because I MISS THAT INTERACTION. Like WTH man..

5. Pay-To-Win or Broken to hell - if it isn't pay-to-win it's likely so broken it's barely playable. Most recent examples... New World, Lost Ark, Diablo Immortal.

6. Pre-Orders - God...stop. I'm so tired of it I've considered just stopping gaming entirely. You get this game that looks amazing, maybe you get a copy to review and it is! Only to find out when it's fully released it's dogsh** or the pre-order hell of what copy do you buy and where and for how the f*** much they cost is insane. I miss the days where you spent 10 bucks and got a few maps in COD and it was FINE. IT WORKED. They were good, you weren't missing out on bullsh** or anything. You got what you wanted.


Honestly typing this out hurts.. I miss games being done when you bought them. I miss not seeing day one patches. I miss sh*t talking people, I miss interacting with people in general. What the f*** happened?
