Tasty wrote Yeah basically "everything in moderation" like like both Kyogo and elitfasz said. I would say the energy drinks that have sugar in them are bad for you. It's like drinking a soda but with all the caffeine and B vitamins that they dump into those for an "energy formula". Thank you for your thoughts and opinion daddy |

I like Celcius the best but I think the people that have problems drinking energy drinks just aren't used to caffeine you cant go from the small amount in coffee and soda to drinking a bang or a pre-workout thats got 300 plus mg |

I don't drink them, I will drink a can or two of Pepsi max per day depending on how I am feeling and then orange juice sometimes and water throughout the rest of the day. Energy drinks are fine as long as you drink them in moderation. |

I drink sugar free ones before the gym if I feel a bit leggy, but I wouldn't touch then normal ones, the amount of sugar in them is ridiculous. |

I couldn't live my Life without energy drink it's pretty much a everyday thing for me without a Redbull I'm just not able to function probably a greater reason to quit but it's a addiction I'm happy to keep for now. |
