I have a buddy buying Topps Formula 1 trading cards and reselling them for an exorbitant amount of money. He won't tell me where he gets them from resale. I believe he is getting from shoes store believe it or not, like Locker Room or Foot Locker

Target and Walmart. Walmart usually restocks cards Wednesdays at 3PM EST.

Can concur, They have them at Walmart , Target , I've even seen them in Sams club

My Walmart has them, target has them, Kmart near me has them, and I've even seen them in a store in the mall.
