My computers sound has gone off completely but I see the sound moving in the mixers but I don't hear anything and nothing is muted.. any fixes..

I had a old MacBook that did this... sounds weird but if you take a lpair of headphones plug em in and reverse the input sound too output it may work. That's what I did and it was working... had too leave em plugged in too get it too work

Have you checked your drivers? Really sorry I couldn't be more Help. I haven't had a decent PC in years

Turns out it was because I had no output installed, I updated my drivers.. didnt need to but it made me do it ahha
