Is there anyone that can help me unlock all the achievements for L4D2? all the achievements cant currently be unlocked due to an issue on Xbox where you cant download the sacrifice dlc. Any help would be greatly appreciated

To my knowledge on the 360 there was a GPD mod you could just inject into your profile & press the back button and it would Unlock every achievement in the game nothing you couldn't do with Horizon & a USB stick in 5 minutes.
